1. CANCELLATION Notify Baltimore Sparkle Cleaning Co. at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day. A $50 fee would apply if canceling within the 24 hours window or if we come to your home and have no access.

 

2. PAYMENTS A hold will be placed on the card provided at the time of booking, and the card will be charged the day after the service is complete. We accept all major credit/debit cards. A $10 fee will be charged for late payments (more than 5 days past the due date) including expired / declined credit cards.

 

3. 4. CLAIMS Notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning of any accidental damages or missing items. We reserve the right to contract suitable professionals to repair damages and will make payment arrangements directly to contractors to settle repairs. A police report is required for any claim of theft.

 

5. VALUABLES Customers are responsible for securing valuable items and collectibles prior to cleanings.

 

6. LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS For safety, our employees are not allowed to lift or move heavy items or furniture (exceeding 40 pounds). They are also not allowed to extend in excess of the height of 2 steps on a step ladder.
